My Ultimate Goal

I want to become a specialized teams manager and consultant for the construction and skilled-trade industries—working with companies in framing, wall/truss manufacturing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fabrication—to help them:

1. Build Stronger Leaders

  • Train managers on real leadership, not just supervision

  • Teach them how to communicate, delegate, and develop their teams

  • Create accountability frameworks and expectations

  • Build healthier team cultures where issues are surfaced, not buried

2. Modernize Tools, Systems, and Operations

  • Audit the tools, software, and workflows each company uses

  • Identify which systems are outdated, misused, or underutilized

  • Standardize processes across teams

  • Train designers on how to track their own work, time, and progress

3. Integrate AI and Automation Into Everyday Work

  • Show companies how AI can streamline design, estimating, scheduling, and documentation

  • Build AI-assisted workflows for:

    • Takeoffs

    • QC checks

    • Model review

    • Scheduling and KPI tracking

    • Cost forecasting

  • Connect existing tools (Smartsheet, Excel, AutoCAD, etc.) with AI layers

4. Create Data-Driven Operations

  • Evaluate where the business stands today using KPIs and performance data

  • Build dashboards and analytics to track:

    • Capacity

    • Throughput

    • Lead times

    • Accuracy

    • Revenue per job/team/designer

  • Teach leaders how to read their own data and make decisions with it

5. Optimize Processes Across the Entire Business

  • Identify bottlenecks across design → production → field

  • Redesign workflows for efficiency

  • Build documentation, standards, and playbooks

  • Help the company scale without chaos
